Perfect for Applications Including
Applications for the TE-8S-MD Magnetic Drive Pump include chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, deionized water systems, scrubber systems, detergent mixers, computer cooling, waste treatment plants, and plating operations.
Great for Chemicals Including
The TE-8S-MD has pumped Acetic Acid, Citric Acid, Ethylene Glycol, Formaldehyde, Potassium Chloride, Potassium Hydroxide, Sodium Chloride, and Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda), Fresh Water, Salt Water, and many more chemicals. The TE-8S-MD may have been modified to handle these chemicals. This pump may have to be modified to pump specific gravities, viscosities, or elevated temperatures different then ambient water. Summary Paragraph
March Pump’s industrial TE-8S-MD is an American seal-less centrifugal magnetic drive pump ideal for applications such as chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, and scrubber systems. It is capable of generating a maximum flow of 120 gallons per minute at 20 feet, and its maximum head is 90 Feet (39PSI). The standard wet end (the materials that come into contact with the solution) is composed of 316 Stainless Steel, Viton, Carbon, and Ceramic. The inlet connection is 2 inch male pipe thread, and the outlet is 1-1/2 inch male pipe thread. There are two standard motors. The first motor is a 1 Phase 208/230V 5 horsepower totally enclosed fan cooled motor. The second is a 3 Phase 60 hertz 208/230/460 and 50 hertz 190/220/380V 5 horsepower totally enclosed fan cooled motor. There are performance differences between the hertz options. The maximum internal pressure the pump can tolerate is 200PSI, and the maximum liquid temperature is 250 Fahrenheit or 121 Celsius. The March TE-8S-MD centrifugal magnetic drive pump is capable of handling mildly or highly corrosive chemicals, acids, and solvents.
