Perfect for Applications Including
Applications for the TE-10P-MD Magnetic Drive Pump include chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, deionized water systems, scrubber systems, detergent mixers, computer cooling, waste treatment plants, and plating operations.
Great for Chemicals Including
The TE-10P-MD has pumped Acetic Acid, Citric Acid, Ethylene Glycol, Formaldehyde, Hydrochloric Acid (Muriatic), Nitric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Potassium Chloride, Potassium Hydroxide, Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda), Sodium Chloride, Sulfuric Acid, Fresh Water, Salt Water, DI Water, and many more chemicals. The TE-10P-MD may have been modified to handle these chemicals. This pump may have to be modified to pump specific gravities, viscosities, or elevated temperatures different then ambient water. Summary Paragraph
March Pump’s industrial TE-10P-MD with Flanges is an American seal-less centrifugal magnetic drive pump ideal for applications such as chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, and scrubber systems. It is capable of generating a maximum flow of 200 gallons per minute at 70 feet, and its maximum head is 160 Feet (70PSI). The standard wet end (the materials that come into contact with the solution) is composed of Polyproylene, Viton, Carbon, and Ceramic. The inlet connection is 3 inch ANSI class 150 flange, and the outlet is 2 inch ANSI class 150 flange. The standard motor is a 3 Phase 10 Horsepower totally enclosed fan cooled motor, which can be run on either 50 or 60 hertz (there are performance differences between the hertz options). The maximum internal pressure the pump can tolerate is 75PSI, and the maximum liquid temperature is 150 Fahrenheit or 65 Celsius. The March TE-10P-MD with Flanges centrifugal magnetic drive pump is capable of handling mildly, or highly corrosive chemicals, acids, and solvents.
