Perfect for Applications Including
Applications for the TE-10K-MD-1750 Magnetic Drive Pump include chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, deionized water systems, scrubber systems, detergent mixers, computer cooling, waste treatment plants, and plating operations.
Great for Chemicals Including
The TE-10K-MD-1750 has pumped Acetic Acid, Citric Acid, Ethylene Glycol, Formaldehyde, Hydrochloric Acid (Muriatic), Hydrofluoric Acid, Hydrogen Peroxide, Nitric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Hypochlorite, Sulfuric Acid, Fresh Water, Salt Water, DI Water, and many more chemicals. The TE-10K-MD-1750 may have been modified to handle these chemicals. This pump may have to be modified to pump specific gravities, viscosities, or elevated temperatures different then ambient water. Summary Paragraph
March Pump’s industrial TE-10K-MD-1750 is an American seal-less centrifugal magnetic drive pump ideal for applications such as chemical recirculation and chemical transfer. It is capable of generating a maximum flow of 120 gallons per minute at 12 feet, and its maximum head is 41 Feet (17.7PSI). The standard wet end (the materials that come into contact with the solution) is composed of natural Kynar (PVDF), glass filled Kynar (PVDF), Viton, Carbon, and Ceramic. The inlet connection is 3 inch male pipe thread, and the outlet is 2 inch male pipe thread. The standard motor is a 3 Phase 5 Horsepower totally enclosed fan cooled motor, which can be run on either 50 or 60 hertz (there are performance differences between the hertz options). The maximum internal pressure the pump can tolerate is 75PSI, and the maximum liquid temperature is 190 Fahrenheit or 87 Celsius. The March TE-10K-MD-1750 centrifugal magnetic drive pump is capable of handling mildly, or highly corrosive chemicals, acids, and solvents. As the pump uses a 4 pole 1750RPM motor, the NPSHr is much lower then other pumps using a 2 pole motor, making this a Low NPSH pump.
