Perfect for Applications Including
Applications for the SP-TE-7P-MD-AM Magnetic Drive Self Priming Pump include chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, and scrubber systems. They are ideal for non ported tanks and siphon feed tanks.
Great for Chemicals Including
The SP-TE-7P-MD-AM has pumped Acetic Acid, Citric Acid, Ethylene Glycol, Formaldehyde, Hydrochloric Acid (Muriatic), Nitric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Potassium Chloride, Potassium Hydroxide, Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda), Sodium Chloride, Sulfuric Acid, Fresh Water, Salt Water, DI Water, and many more chemicals. The SP-TE-7P-MD-AM may have been modified to handle these chemicals. This pump may have to be modified to pump specific gravities, viscosities, or elevated temperatures different then ambient water. Summary Paragraph
March Pump’s industrial SP-TE-7P-MD-AM is an American seal-less centrifugal magnetic drive pump ideal for applications such as chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, and scrubber systems. It is capable of generating a maximum flow of 40 gallons per minute at 12 feet, and its maximum head is 65 Feet (28PSI). When the SP-TE-7P-MD-AM is fully primed, it is capable of having a suction lift of 16 feet in 120 seconds with maximum impeller diameter. The maximum lift or equivalent is 21 feet. The standard wet end (the materials that come into contact with the solution) is composed of Polypropylene, Viton, Carbon, and Ceramic. The inlet connection is 1-1/2 inch male pipe thread, and the outlet is 1 inch male pipe thread. The standard motor is a Compressed Air Motor which may require 95PSI and 30CFM. The maximum internal pressure the pump can tolerate is 40PSI, and the maximum liquid temperature is 180 Fahrenheit or 82 Celsius. The March SP-TE-7P-MD-AM centrifugal magnetic drive pump is capable of handling mildly or highly corrosive chemicals, acids, and solvents.
